Adolf Cheung is President and founder of Unity Tech BD, a Sales and Business Development firm specializing in expanding key sales opportunities for clients based on coupling the existing market base and expertise of our client base with Unity Tech's acquired industry knowledge and business networks.
Mr. Cheung joined L3 Electron Devices and Narda West in January 2017 as the Sr. Business Development Director of Space Products Group before leaving in 2019 to form his own firm. His primary responsibility at L3 was to service Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach along with other strategic accounts for all space products sales including LCTWTA, MPM, SSPA, LNA, Frequency Converters, and RF Filters.
Prior to joining L3 Harris, Mr. Cheung was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dow-Key Microwave, a subsidiary of Dover Corporation. During his 20+ years of service with the organization, he was able to successfully execute growth strategies that resulted in solid performance for the company.
Mr. Cheung started his career in engineering at Dow-Key Microwave and later took on the role of Vice President of Engineering for them as well as Emerson Electric and Ducommun Technologies. He designed and developed over 30 new RF Switching products including a V-Band Space Qualified Waveguide Switch that enabled the Microwave Division to surpass both growth and profit objectives.
He received both his BS and MS degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington and his MBA degree from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. He is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and has consistently maintained that membership since 1982.
